What do you do at About Staffing?

As the first point of contact I make sure to deliver warm and friendly welcome to everyone coming our way, and I also manage phone calls, emails, calendars, all while handling various on-the-go administrative tasks to support the team.

What do you like most about working at About Staffing?

I like working alongside such a highly driven team! Our office is as beautiful, filled with natural sunlight and plants, which creates such a positive and refreshing environment.

What is one skill you are currently working on?

I’m constantly learning new things since I started here, so maintaining an open mind and a “can-do” attitude has been key to my career growth.

What was your first job?

My first job was at a telecommunications company in the Philippines, where I worked with customers based in the United States.

What job interview question do you hate the most?

“What’s your five-year plan?” — it’s a tough one because there are so many unknowns, and things can change so quickly.

What are the best skills you bring to the job?

I bring positivity, a warm and friendly attitude, and a strong sense of care. I especially enjoy taking care of our office plants and love seeing them thrive!

What was your favourite meal growing up?

My ultimate favorite meal was a Filipino breakfast, which includes garlic fried rice, a fried egg, and various proteins like chorizo, Spam, beef tapa, and milkfish.

Favourite local take-out spot?

I’m a big foodie and enjoy all kinds of cuisines, but if you’re craving some good fried chicken, you definitely need to check out Jollibee.
