We always have many GREAT temporary opportunities for junior, intermediate and senior Administrative Assistants. These roles can vary from short-term placements of a few days up to long-term contracts of 6 months to a year.
Our clients require candidates with MS Office skills at all levels. You must have a minimum of 6 months previous administrative experience. Post Secondary Education is an asset. An upbeat, positive attitude goes a long way in temporary placements. We are looking for candidates that exhibit positive behavior at all times and work hard to make an excellent first impression for our clients. Professional presentation and demeanor is also very important.
About the Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will range depending on the level of experience the placement requires. Typical responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:
• Answering calls
• Data Entry
• Ordering supplies
• Professional Written Communication
• Creating/Proofreading/Editing Documents
• Creating MS Excel spreadsheets
• Booking Appointments
• Travel Arrangements
• Calendar Management
• Accounting data entry support
• All other office support required
Temporary placements range from $15.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Payroll is completed on a weekly basis.
