Tricia Ham, CPC
MANAGER, RECRUITING
Tricia has been both a valued employee and candidate for About Staffing since it's inception in 1996.  She is able to apply her industry knowledge and acquired skills to fill direct hire positions, as well as mentor internal staff.  Tricia's ongoing education in Psychology  assists her in fostering great working relationships. Tricia received her Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation in 2007. When not in the office Tricia fancies herself a bit of a chef - she looks to the Food Network for inspiration!



Megan Engelbracht

Megan's enthusiasm and sincere nature makes her a great fit with About Staffing.  She is dedicated to developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates and hopes to make a difference in people’s lives.  When Megan is not busy devoting her time at work, she is out socializing with family and friends or walking her high-energy Boston Terrier!

Amy brings a positive and outgoing personality to the team.  She is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.  Amy is part of the temporary placements team and thrives on meeting and helping people; her goal is to continually improve upon and build new client and candidate relationships.



Lee Anne Thorne

Lee Anne is our enthusiastic and dynamic member of the front-line team. Her dedication and commitment over the past 5 years has proved she is the ultimate people person - outgoing, caring and sincere. She brings exceptional organizational, planning and customer service skills to About Staffing. She is eager to continually improve customer satisfaction and the success of the company. When not at work she is giving it her all on the dance floor.



Melissa Baylin
FIRST IMPRESSIONS REPRESENTATIVE
This little dynamo has a big personality and we are so happy to have her as our First Impressions Representative! With her degree in Kinesiology and major in business, and her five years of experience in sales and customer service, she is a trusting addition to our team. Melissa has the ability to work well with candidates and clients on the front line with ease. This avid sports fan spends a lot of her free time enjoying the mountains and outdoors. Whether you are a new candidate or long time client, you’ll be sure to speak with Melissa at some point!



Christopher Massie
SUPPORT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR
Christopher Massie brings with him to the About Staffing team an approximate six years of customer service experience as well as an educational background in Political Science. He is involved with many aspects of the candidate process, including booking interviews with the candidates, through to meeting with the candidates when they enter the office during the registration process. His charm and humour help to create a lively office environment.



Carrie Quinn
MARKETING COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Carrie's enthusiastic and outgoing personality adds vibrancy to the About Staffing office. She plays a behind the scenes role in the areas of Marketing and Administration. Carrie’s background in Advertising and Public Relations helps her to communicate About Staffing’s services to clients and candidates in the Calgary and Edmonton area. When not at the office you can find Carrie on the golf course or speed skating at the oval.
